ASPARAGUS (SESAME)
INGREDIENTS:
Asparagus spears, trimmed
Garlic
Lemon juice
Margarine
Salt
Sesame seeds, toasted
 
*Place asparagus in a skillet; sprinkle with salt if desired.
*Add 1/2 in. of water; bring to a boil, cover and cook for 10 min. 
*Reduce heat; cover and simmer until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
*Meanwhile toast sesame seeds.
*melt butter; add lemon juice
*Drain asparagus; drizzle with the margarine mixture.
