                                    AVOCADO TOAST INGREDIENTS: Soya Cream cheese Avocado Lemon pepper Rye toast Seasoned salt Tomato   *Toast the bread *Spread the Creamcheese evenly *Slice Avocado thinly (Make sure you get an Avocado ripe enigh
                                    that you can lay it across the toast almost like a spread) *Slice tomato thinly lay overtop *Sprinkle with lemon pepper and seasoned salt (Easy and soooooya delicious)     BAKED BEANS  INGREDIENTS: (16 ounce) package dry navy beans  6 cups water 2 tablespoons olive oil  2 cups chopped sweet onions  1 clove garlic, minced  4 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce  1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar  1/4 cup molasses  2 tablespoons cider vinegar  3 bay leaves  1 teaspoon dry mustard  1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper  1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg  1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon  *Place beans and water in a large pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking
                                    1 hour, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender. Drain, and transfer to a large casserole dish. *Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onions, and cook until tender. Mix in garlic,
                                    and cook until golden brown. Mix onions and garlic into casserole dish with the beans. Stir in the tomato sauce. Mix in brown
                                    sugar, molasses, vinegar, bay leaves, mustard, pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. *Cover and bake 3 1/2 hours in the preheated oven, stirring frequently
                                    and adding water if necessary. Remove cover, and continue baking 30 minutes.*  Cilantro
                                    Sausage (SOYA) INGREDIENTS: Caynne pepper Maple syrup Olive Oil Soya Sausage Cilantro (fresh)   *Cut the Sausage upwards vertically on a diagonal , then grill the strips in
                                    olive oil until chrispy  *add a pinch of cayenne depending how spicy u want it. (if u like reall spicy, buy spicy
                                    flavored soya sausages) * and 1 tbsp. of maple syrup *grill a little more until it has a spicy sweet crust *add Cilantro     
                                    HASH BROWNS INGREDIENTS: Avocado Green Onions Hashbrowns (frozen)(double check the ingredients that there is no 'beef tallow' ,ew!) Lemon pepper Onion Peppers (any and all colours) Portobello mushrooms Seasoned salt Tomato Vegetable seasoning   *In one sauce pan or skillet cook hashbrowns with a little Extra Virgin Olive oil *In another grill peppers and then add mushrooms & white onions *Cook hashbrowns until the begin to brown *When the vegatables are soft add them to the hashbrowns *Season *Chop green onion, tomato and avocado * Garnish over top when the hashbrowns and vegeatbles are cooked

                                    Pancakes) INGREDIENTS:
 1 cup organic whole wheat or spelt flour
 1 cup organic white flour
 1-2 tsps baking soda
 1- 2 tbsp baking powder
 2-3 cups of soy milk
 
 
 Grind up the following in equal amounts,
                                    and add about 1/4 or 1/3 cup to the dry mix.
 - flax seeds
 - almonds
 - sunflower seeds
 - sesame seeds

                                    Mix dry ingrediants in a large bowl and add them to the soy milk. Add more milk as    needed.

                                    Cook on medium high heat.
 
 * I use tahini butter, vanilla yogurt and maple syrup on the pancakes.
