PIZZA

SOYA BACON & VEGGIE
INGREDIENTS:
Onions (White)
Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow)
Pizza shell (Deep crust preferably whole wheat) fresh from your local bakery
Soya Bacon slices
Soya Cheese Mozerella and Chedder and Jalapeno
Tomato paste(with spices)
Tomato sauce (Vegetable medley)
 
*Cut soya Bacon into "bits", grill with Extra Virgin Olive oil on med-low heat until it is crispy
*Grill peppers and onions in Extra Virgin Olive oil on med-low heat until soft
*Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce spread thickly on pizza shell
*Lay onions and peppers down mixing the colours
*Sprinkle the cheeses together thickly over peppers and sauce
*Lay soya bacon overtop randomly
*Cook until Cheese melts
*Cut into slices & serve

SOYA HAM & PINEAPPLE
INGREDIENTS:
Pineapple rings or tidbits
Pizza shell (Deep crust preferably whole wheat) fresh from your local bakery
Soya Cheese Mozerella and Chedder
Soya Ham slices
Tomato paste
Tomato sauce (with Oregano)
 
*Grill soya Ham with Extra Virgin Olive oil on med-low heat until it has browned and crisped slightly
*Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce spread thickly on pizza shell
*Lay soya pepperoni evenly covering the base of the entire shell
*Sprinkle the cheeses togetehr thickly over soya meat and sauce
*Lay pineapples overtop cheese in a patterned fashioned
*Cook until Cheese melts
*Cut into slices & serve
 

SOYA PEPPERONI AND MUSHROOM
INGREDIENTS:
Pizza shell (Deep crust preferably whole wheat) fresh from your local bakery
Portobello mushrooms
Soya cheese (jalapeno)
Soya Pepperoni
Tomato paste(with garlic)
Tomato sauce (with mushrooms)
 
*Grill mushrooms in Extra Virgin Olive oil on med-low heat until soft and dark
*Grill soya pepperoni with Extra Virgin Olive oil on med-low heat until it has browned and crisped slightly
*Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce spread thickly on pizza shell
*Lay soya pepperoni evenly covering the base of the entire shell
*Sprinkle the cheese thickly over soya meat and sauce
*Lay mushrooms overtop cheese in a patterned fashioned
*Cook until Cheese melts
*Cut into slices & serve
